1. Acceptance of Terms

• Booking coordination through third-party Suppliers
• Concierge and lifestyle services
• Travel planning and advisory support

Destinique Travel provides advisory and coordination services only and does not directly own or operate travel services.

3. Agency Relationship and Third-Party Suppliers

Destinique Travel acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and third-party Suppliers, including but not limited to:

• Property managers
• Villa owners
• Hotels
• Airlines
• Transportation providers
• Tour operators
• Charter operators
• Other travel-related vendors

We do not own, manage, or control Supplier services.

All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies.

Destinique Travel is not responsible for:

• Supplier performance or failure
• Service interruptions
• Delays
• Errors or omissions
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Losses or expenses resulting from Supplier actions

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the applicable Supplier.

Destinique Travel:

• Does not control Supplier refund decisions.
• Does not guarantee refunds.
• Is not responsible for Supplier cancellation penalties or policies.

Refund requests relating to travel services must generally be directed to the applicable Supplier or Merchant of Record.

6. Listings, Pricing, and Availability

Listings, descriptions, images, amenities, pricing guidance, and availability are provided for informational purposes only.

Listings are provided on an “as-is” basis and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or changes made by Suppliers.

Pricing and availability may change at any time without notice.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Supplier and payment has been successfully processed.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If you decline travel insurance coverage, you accept responsibility for losses relating to:

• Cancellations
• Delays
• Interruptions
• Supplier defaults
• Weather events
• Illness
• Other unforeseen circumstances

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Review confirmations and travel documents promptly.
• Notify Destinique Travel of any errors within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensure compliance with passport, visa, health, and entry requirements.
• Comply with Supplier rules and policies.

Travel requirements may change at any time and remain the Client’s responsibility.

Failure to review documents promptly may result in additional costs or complications for which Destinique Travel is not responsible.

9. Luxury Services Disclaimer

For concierge and luxury services including but not limited to:

• Private jets
• Yacht charters
• Helicopters
• Private transportation
• Drivers
• Wellness services
• Security services
• Chefs
• Similar services

Destinique Travel acts solely as a facilitator and booking coordinator.

Suppliers are solely responsible for:

• Operations.
• Staffing.
• Safety.
• Maintenance
• Regulatory compliance
• Service delivery

Clients may be required to execute separate agreements directly with Suppliers.

Destinique Travel makes no representations regarding the condition, safety, suitability, seaworthiness, or airworthiness of any third-party service or equipment.

10. Exclusive Perks and VIP Services

Perks, amenities, credits, upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, and VIP benefits are subject to availability and Supplier participation.

Such benefits are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

11. Force Majeure

Destinique Travel is not liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather events
• Pandemics
• Government actions
• Transportation disruptions
• Labor disputes
• Civil unrest
• Supplier insolvency
• Acts of God

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destinique Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the Professional Service Fee paid to Destinique Travel for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Destinique Travel, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your actions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Third-party disputes
• Your use of Supplier services

14. Seller of Travel Disclosure

Destinique Travel operates in compliance with applicable travel regulations through its host agency and affiliated partners where required.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photographs, text, curated descriptions, and materials are the property of Destinique Travel or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in the State of Georgia.
